SalesEvaluation.com is a web-based service that evaluates salespeople. It is used by franchisees of the Sandler Sales Institute who train and evaluate salespeople. Each salesperson fills out a detailed online questionnaire. SalesEvaluation.com then analyzes their responses and produces a report of recommendations, strengths, weaknesses, possible conflicts in their answers, and scores in 18 key areas. It also provides comparison reports to management, and allows franchisees to manage clients and client data.

The Challenge:

Place a thoughtful and polished analysis into the franchisee’s hands, requiring minimal effort on the part of the franchisee and the salesperson. Franchisees use a wide range of browsers and system configurations, and the salespeople are not always in English-speaking countries.

Our Solution:

SES authenticates the salesperson and identifies his or her native language, and then presents the survey and related web pages in that language. Triggered by online survey entry, SES consults a set of carefully-constructed scoring and recommendation matrices. The recommendations are defined in a database in multiple languages. SES then constructs a set of recommendation reports, complete with graphics and personalizations, and emails them directly to the franchisee. It adjusts the packaging to match the franchisee’s system configuration, enabling the easiest possible access to the reports.
