Instructions for installation on Windows Vista

1. Download and install CEMS in the normal manner.

2. If Run does not appear in the Start menu, enable it using these steps:
   1. Right-click the Task Bar
   2. Select Properties
   3. Hit the Start Menu tab
   4. Hit the Customize button
   5. Chech the Run command checkbox

3. Hit Start and Run, and type:

   regsvr32 c:\cems\mscomm32.ocx

   and hit OK. A message should appear, DllRegisterServer in c:\cems\mscomm32.ocx succeeded.

4. Right click an open area on the desktop and choose Properties.

5. Enter a location of

   c:\cems\cems.mdb

   and hit Next.

6. Enter a name of

   CEMS

7. Hit the Finish button.
