CEMS
is the complete solution to competitive event management. It includes:
- Registration You may enter the name,
address, participant type, and chapter. Each participant may choose several
different events to compete in.
- Teams Each participant may
choose a single team or a separate team for each event he or she participates
in. People on the same team can be scored and scheduled as a unit.
- Scheduling You may freely define any
number of sessions for each event in which participants compete, and can
indicate the number of people who compete at a time. Participants and teams
are scheduled accordingly. CEMS will print master schedules and individual
cards for each participant.
- Sectioning You can divide participants
into sections for scheduling and scoring purposes. You can choose to either
distribute or group together participants by chapter and score.
- Scoring You may define any configuration
of scores and sub-scores for each event, with weights and optional bonus
points. CEMS will automatically calculate each score as needed.
- Score Entry Scores can be entered in one of three ways:
- Manually
- Participants can fill answer tests on ScanTron forms, which are graded to produce scores.
- Judges may enter scores on ScanTron forms. One form is used for each participant, and can contain multiple scores which are totaled.
- Custom Forms CEMS allows you to define custom
Scan-Tron forms (or custom uses of existing forms)
- Reporting CEMS prints a variety of
rosters and score reports, and provides a rich facility allowing you to
design your own.
- Labels, Badges, and Certificates CEMS
will print address labels, form labels, name badges, and certificates.
You may choose the dimensions of labels and badges, and font sizes, colors,
alignment, sorting, and score criteria of all of these items.
- Export You may export data to text files and popular spreadsheets
formats.
- Network Operation You may use all functions of CEMS concurrently
on multiple computers for the same competition. For example, you
could perform registration on three of them at the same time. When the
competition starts, you could use all of them for scoring and/or reporting.
