In lieu of payment, L D Ness Inc. has licensed CEMS on an "as-is" basis. State organizations are free to use this software, but all updates, enhancements, extensions, future versions, and support must be purchased from L D Ness Inc. for an annual fee of $250.00 for each DECA state organization. By downloading and using this software, the user acknowledges that no support of any type for any reason will be provided to DECA state organizations who have not purchased the licensing package.

Paid purchasers of annual licenses will receive:

1. Up to 10 hours of technical support for up to two conferences insetting up and using the software.
2. Prompt corrections of any problems found in the software. New software will be delivered to users through web downloads or by EMAIL.
3. All enhancements to the software (addition of any features not described in the Users' Guide) will be billed to the state organization for a feeof $125/hour.
